Payments for virtual number usage and related services are generally non-refundable once the service has been used (e.g. numbers have been obtained or SMS has been received). We may, at our discretion, issue refunds or account credits in cases of service failure, billing errors, or other exceptional circumstances.

Unused balance in your account may be eligible for refund or credit under certain conditions. Contact support with your account details and reason for the request. We will review each case individually.
